Kill For a Burger

How many hours until this cleanse is over??? I would literally KILL for a burger and fries right now I'm so HUNGRY!!! All I can think about is all the food I want to eat but can't... the first thing I'm going to sink my teeth into when this crap is over is a bacon wrapped Juicy Lucy... take a cheeseburger, add MORE cheese inside the burger patty, wrap the whole thing up in bacon, and fry that baby up. Top with lettuce, Worcestershire sauce, tomatoes, mayo, ketchup (and really anything else you might ever find on a burger because hell, why not?). Bun and done - oh dear god I can't wait for the weekend. I'm not cut out for this LA vegetable cleanse crap - give me BACON and give it to me NOW!!

My site has a lot of completely unique content I've either created myself or outsourced but it looks like a lot of it is popping it up all over the web without my authorization. Do you know any techniques to help stop content from being stolen? I'd certainly appreciate it.
