To start off the week, we're taking a blast into my blogging past. It's been 6 months since I started this blog (wow!) and I want to say a huge THANKS to everyone that has ever read even one post. I love to write and you all reading and commenting both here and on Facebook renews my energy and gives me a reason to keep on writing!

One of my very first posts was about my love for the kitchen (click here to read that beauty again). 6 months later, it's still completely true and an important part of my every day life. If you follow me on Pinterest (@TanyaMcQueen) you know that about half of my pins are of kitchens and food (shameless), and I have a board entirely devoted to the best Smoking Kitchens out there. I stand by belief that the kitchen is one of the most important places in the home, especially for getting a little quality time in with the family.
