It's Labor Day, so that means it's a day to be lazy. No bake strawberry pie? The perfect lazy labor day recipe. Strawberries are still in season, and the chocolate graham crust gives it a twist of fall. Wishing everyone a lazy, perfect day to spend with family and gorge yourself on delicious food. Enjoy!!

Directions:

1. Beat together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla until it's smooth. Fold in the whipped cream until it's just mixed (either make it yourself or use the really heavy kind). Pour the whole thing into the pie crust.

2. Microwave the jam for about 10 seconds until it's soft and melty. Whisk in the lemon juice until the whole thing is smooth. Add the strawberries and toss it up until totally covered.

3. Pour the berries on top of the pie and refrigerate for about 30 minutes. Drizzle with chocolate sauce if you so dare. And that's it! Enjoy your day off, you deserve it!
