Falling For Fedoras
Wednesday, August 22, 2012
I would love to meet the person who invented the fedora. I would walk right up to them, shake their hand, and congratulate them for being such a damn genius. Fedoras are the perfect accessory for any season, whether its straw, linen, wool, felt - you can always find one that works no matter what the weather is outside. I've never lived in a place with snow (don't judge) but I imagine a wool fedora in the winter would do wonders to keep your noggin warm. Dress it up, dress it down, I own a handful of these things and I'm always looking to add to the collection. For fall, I'm loving the darker colors and heavier fabrics paired with knit sweaters and big leather bags. Since the weather hasn't caught up to fashion yet, I'll stick to the whites and tan straw varieties for now, but I'm looking forward to spending a little time with fall.
