Death by Chocolate

Don't get me wrong, I hope my number isn't up for at least another 50 years, and I die snuggled up in bed with tons of fat grandchildren that love their dear old granny Tanya to pieces. But if I had to go now, I think gorging myself on all of the chocolate divinity the world has to offer would really be ideal. Screw the diet, right? I would get ridiculous, can't-get-out-of-bed fat. If I could eat one of these chocolatey delights every day of my life and still squeeze my ass into my skinny jeans, I would. Hands down, no question. Except to those poor suckers who are somehow allergic to the divine substance, chocolate is the perfect gift for any occasion, any age, any time of year. Congratulations! Chocolate. I'm sorry! Chocolate. Bad breakup? Chocolate. Happy Birthday, Happy Valentine's Day, Merry Christmas! Chocolate, chocolate, chocolate. It's hard to say what my favorite form of chocolate is... it's hard to choose just one. These babies below make my heart sing , and the recipe for Death by Chocolate Cakes at the bottom of this post is just 5 ingredients, 10 minutes to prep, and 20-ish minutes to bake. Now excuse me while I go find my willpower, I think it's hiding from me somewhere...
1. Heat the oven to 350 degrees and butter up the ramekins.
2. Melt the butter and chocolate over a double boiler, and whisk until its smooth. Whisk in the sugar and pour the whole thing in a bowl.
3. Whisk in the eggs and flour, and pour the batter into the ramekins, about 2/3 full. Stick one of the chocolate squares in the middle of each cake and press down until it's in the middle.
4. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the cake is puffy and set around the edges. Dive in while that baby is still warm and try to stop yourself from eating just one. Good luck!
