Clam Chowder is one of the absolute best things about Nantucket. I could eat it absolutely every day. For the weekend, I wanted to post the recipe for the best clam chowder I've ever had in my life - Hog Island clam chowder from San Francisco. Its absolutely, mind blowingly delicious. It's mostly butter, cream, and bacon dressed up slightly with a few other delicious flavors, so obviously it's going to be pretty damn good right?
