Cap Toe Pumps

I don't consider myself very trendy when it comes to fashion - I like what I like, and I like it that way. I always feel at home in jeans, denim shirts, big comfortable sweaters, boots, and my bracelets that I never ever take off, and I don't see that changing any time soon. Well, that being said, I'm also just at home in full hair and makeup in an evening dress and strappy, ankle-breaking stilettos, but that's just my life. Day to day I like to keep my style casual and comfortable - I'm a mom on the go, so I definitely want to look good, but comfort is first priority. I've figured out what works for me, and while I'm guilty of the shopping bug, I don't buy in to too many trends that I'll look back at 5 years from now and wonder what the hell I was thinking.
One trend I am loving this season though is cap toe pumps. They're sort of Great Gatsby-esque, but I feel like they can work with pretty much any outfit, day or night. Partaking in the cap-toe fun doesn't mean you have to burn a hole in your wallet either - I've found pretty cap-toe pumps for every price. I have a feeling these beauts will get a lot of mileage, so maybe I'll splurge for the J. Crew pumps or Loeffler Randall booties. I think I'll wear mine with skinny jeans and a wool bomber jacket once it starts feeling a little more like Fall for pulled together, on-the-go perfection.
